Prep work on the roof and revamping of the facade has begun, go see the latest pictures
Construction has resumed and is on track. Electricity and HVAC are almost completed and the walls are being closed. Design of the roof is also completed, a sneak peek is available (3D view – roof. pdf)

Good news! The derogation request for the expansion on the roof was endorsed by the city council last week, we can now realize this project in its entirety. Soon we will have an excellent view of Trois-Rivières from the spaces on our own roof!
Construction started at the end of May, interior partitions are starting to show. Layout details are also underway (materials selection, layout, services distribution plan, etc.) and should mostly be finalized this week.
Concrete surface treatment, preparation and paint completed. Project submitted to city council for approuval (permit and exemptions to be delivered later). Construction contract have been awarded. Currently working on technical plans and specs. Contruction to start half way trough next month.
A preliminary version of the interior plans was presented to the Progi team. Each department suggested minors adjustments, and the final version should appear soon.
The objectives: democracy of light and spaces adapted to each teammate, with common areas that are both functionnal and pleasant.

Progi acquired a new building at 500 St.Georges St. in Trois-Rivières, where our head office will be moved.
Renovations are required before we occupy the space. We will move at the end of summer 2016.
We offer a solution, ProgiLog, which allows our clients to offer online updates to their clientele, during repairs. Well! we will exploit the potential of ProgiLog ourselves to allow you to follow the work at our new offices, through messages, photos and progress.
